The property is organised as a one-bedroom apartment. Upon entering, guests access a hallway leading to the main areas. The bedroom includes a double bed, bedside tables and wardrobe/storage space. The bathroom is modern and fitted with a walk-in shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin with storage. The living area has a sofa, TV unit, dining table and direct access to the balcony. The kitchen is separate/partially open and fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, sink, cookware, plates, glasses and cutlery. The balcony includes outdoor seating and a small table, creating a comfortable space to relax.
Access
The apartment is located at Rua Soeiro Pereira Gomes 12, in a well-connected area of Lisbon with easy access by car, taxi, or public transport. Check-in is done in person. A member of our team will meet you at the agreed time to hand over the keys, show you around the apartment, and answer any questions you may have. Kindly inform us of your estimated arrival time in advance. Please keep in mind that after 22:00 there is a late check-in fee of €20 (to be paid in cash).

Please note that this is a residential building, and we kindly ask guests to respect neighbors by keeping noise levels low, especially during nighttime hours. Parties and events are not permitted. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. We also ask that guests confirm their arrival time in advance to ensure a smooth check-in experience. For security reasons, identification may be requested upon arrival, in accordance with local regulations.
