The apartment features one bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and fast Wi-Fi, making it a convenient and cozy base to explore the city with ease.
Access
The apartment is located at Avenida António Augusto de Aguiar 195, one of Lisbon’s main central avenues. The building is easily accessible by car, taxi, or public transport. Check-in is done in person. A member of our team will meet you at the agreed time to hand over the keys, show you around the apartment, and answer any questions you may have. Kindly inform us of your estimated arrival time in advance. Please keep in mind that after 22h there's a late check in fee in the amount of 20€ ( to be paid in cash).

Throughout your stay, we remain available by phone or message should you need assistance, while fully respecting your privacy and independence. Other information
Please note that this is a residential building, and we kindly ask guests to respect neighbors by keeping noise levels low, especially during nighttime hours. Parties and events are not permitted. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. We also ask that guests confirm their arrival time in advance to ensure a smooth check-in experience. For security reasons, identification may be requested upon arrival, in accordance with local regulations.
