Please note that this is a residential building, and we kindly ask guests to respect neighbors by keeping noise levels low, especially during nighttime hours. Check-in is done in person, so we kindly request that you inform us of your estimated arrival time in advance. Late arrivals may be subject to an additional fee after 22h in the amount of 20€ ( to be paid in cash).. Smoking and parties are not allowed inside the apartment. Identification may be required upon arrival in accordance with local regulations.
